Hotel & Event Venue Print Delivery in Istanbul
For international corporate teams and speakers traveling to Istanbul, ordering event collateral locally reduces the need to transport heavy or bulky prints in airline baggage. Vector Fast Print provides coordinated hand-delivery directly to hotels and conference venues.
Citywide Venue Delivery Coverage
We deliver across all Istanbul districts, including central convention hotels as well as major exhibition facilities such as Tüyap, Istanbul Expo Center (IFM), and the Istanbul Congress Center (ICC). Delivery across Istanbul is generally free. Certain urgent or high-volume orders may incur an extra delivery fee, which will be specified during the quote stage.
Hotel Reception Handover
Deliveries to hotels are made directly to the hotel reception under the customer's name and room number. Clients should confirm that their hotel reception accepts and holds deliveries for registered guests.
Remote Ordering & Artwork Submission
All logistics, artwork preflight, and quote approvals are handled remotely in English via email and WhatsApp. Our first preference is a print-ready PDF file, with print-ready Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files accepted as an alternative. Same-day turnaround is available for suitable jobs and is confirmed based on file readiness, specifications, and deadline.
